  6. MOVING IN - Here is the day your dream is fulfilled! Your months of planning all come down to this single day when you move in to your brand new home. To assist you with this process, our team will provide with the tools necessary to make this a smooth transition. Part of that transition is your introduction to our warranty program. We have developed a proactive approach called 1-5-11. We will pre-schedule warranty appointments one month, five months, and eleven months from your home closing date. During these appointments we review your home in detail to see if there are any warrantable items or concerns that need to be addressed
  7. SETTLING IN - While you’ve become acquainted with your home and acclimated to your community and surroundings, our warranty team is there to ensure your home is performing up to our standards. We’ll continue to educate you on basic maintenance, explain how you can keep your home performing like new, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
